ATMdesk X for Field Service
Live CD/USB for NCR ATMs
This Linux-based bootable version (live CD) of the software is available for download from our website to a CD disk or USB dongle. To bring up Linux and start ATMdesk, you must restart the ATM from this CD or USB.
With this software, you can diagnose complete NCR ATMs in the field.
You can place ATMdesk X for Field Service directly on the ATM’s HDD as a dual-boot option. If you require further information, contact us.

This Windows-based version of the software is available for download from our website to a Windows PC or laptop in your workshop.
You can use it to test individual NCR devices in a repair center or workshop.
ATMdesk X for Repair Centers cannot coexist with NCR Aptra on the same PC, and you cannot install it directly on the HDD of a live ATM.

Your ATMdesk license determines the available range of devices and capabilities.

- Requires an ATMdesk key that is loaded with a valid ATMdesk license
What are ATMdesk terms of use?
ATMdesk software is not sold but is available for download in your customer account at no charge. You can run it in the presence of an ATMdesk key with a valid ATMdesk license.
You cannot buy or own ATMdesk software because it remains the property of ATMdesk Diagnostics GmbH. However, you can purchase an ATMdesk license, which grants limited rights to use ATMdesk software. For more information, read the ATMdesk Software License Agreement.
What does the X mean in ATMdesk X?
X stands for Version 10, the current release of ATMdesk.

Can I get a demo version?
Yes, you only need to register for a free ATMdesk account. Then, you can download ATMdesk X for Field Service or ATMdesk X for Repair Centers. When prompted for the ATMdesk USB key, click I do not have a key. The software runs in demo mode with limited functions.
