Broadcom Input Devices Driver

Posted on  by

I have a Dell E7440 Latitude that have a driver problem with the Broadcom USH device. The OS is Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit. Any help would be appreciated. Let me know how to uninstall the previous version, i couldn't find it anywhere. I have tried installing the driver from dell support site using the below exe, but it is getting interrupted. Have removed and reinstalled the drivers (the most recent and one previous without a change in symptoms). I have a NuVision TM800W610L with Win10 Home 64-bit v1903 (OS build 18362.86) The Broadcom 802.11n SDIO driver is 1.596.12.1 (I also have 1.596.12.0 which produces the same result) The bcmfn2 device driver is the same.

The package provides the installation files for Broadcom SD Host Controller Driver version 1.0.0.256. If the driver is already installed on your system, updating (overwrite-installing) may fix various issues, add new functions, or just upgrade to the available version. Corrupted or outdated device driver could be a reason for Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter not working. You can fix the issue by updating your Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter driver on Windows 10. Here is how to do it. Step 1: Right-click Start and choose Device Manager.

  3. Follow the installer on-screen instructions.
  4. After the Bluetooth software is installed, in Initial Bluetooth Configuration Wizard, click Next, and follow the on-screen instructions to configure your Bluetooth environment. Note: If you are updating existing Bluetooth for Windows software, it is not necessary to reconfigure your Bluetooth environment.

Windows 7 users: Please be sure to select the 'Save' option and not 'Run' when prompted.
